Can I return or exchange my order?
While I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, please contact me if there are any issues with your order. Please email me at hello@isabelledebionne.com.

SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
Currently, I am shipping within the USA and 25+ foreign countries.
Spain does not accept mail coming from the USA at this time so I am unable to ship there.
What are your shipping costs?
Stickers are shipped via USPS letter mail. Please note the envelopes are untracked.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
USPS letter mail takes between 5 to 10 business days but can arrive sooner. Holidays, unforeseen weather events, and certain busy times of the year (like Christmas) may delay shipping. International shipping may take longer.
How often do you ship the orders?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email saying your order has been fulfilled once I mail it.
